Refund policy
Easy Returns
We think our stuff's rad, and we want you to love it, too. But if it’s just not right for any reason, we're happy to accept returns for purchases made at gryme.co within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus shipping.
To start a return, email hey@gryme.co and include your order number (it can be found in your order confirmation email), the item(s) you're looking to return, and the reason for the return.
Refunds
Refunds will go back to the original method of payment. Refunds do not include the original shipping cost, if applicable. Please allow several days for your refund to post. If more than 15 business days have passed since we initiated your refund, and you've contacted your bank or credit card company first, please email us at hey@gryme.co.
Non-Returnable Items
We hope you understand certain items cannot be returned, like those marked as gift cards, final sales or gifts with purchase.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, please send us an email at hey@gryme.co with photos of the damaged items. Please include order number, full name and shipping address.
